How to make your planner page

  • Choose Daily for one page per day, or Weekly for the whole week on one page.
  • Pick a date, or leave it blank to print a stack of reusable pages.
  • Set the hours your day really runs, so the schedule has room to write.
  • Turn sections on or off. Fewer sections give each one more space.
  • Click Print or save as PDF. Choose your printer, or "Save as PDF" to keep a file.

Getting the most from a paper planner

Fill in the schedule first with what is already fixed (meetings, classes, the school run), then pick no more than three priorities that fit in the gaps. A plan that ignores your appointments looks good at 8 AM and falls apart by 11.

Use the weekly page on Sunday or Friday afternoon to choose the week's focus and spread it across the days, and the daily page each morning to turn that into hours.

Questions

Is the printable planner really free?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no limit. The page is made in your browser and printed from it.

How do I save it as a PDF?

Click Print or save as PDF and, in the print window, choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF" on Windows) as the printer.

Which paper sizes does it support?

A4 and US Letter, in portrait. Keep the print scale at 100% ("Default") so the page fills the sheet.
